Matt Munson is the Head Coach, Head Personal Trainer, and Co-Owner of Munson Strength and Fitness. An athlete from an early age, Matt's love of fitness continued to grow in his adult life, and he gained various certifications in self-defense and personal training. A long time lover of CrossFit, Matt got his chance to become Head Coach when CrossFit Bloomsburg opened in December 2013. Since then, he has been an integral part of CFB, using his extensive knowledge of both CrossFit movements and biomechanics to help athletes of all skill levels perform movements safely and correctly.

Taylor Munson is a CrossFit Coach, Personal Trainer, and Co-Owner of Munson Strength and Fitness. A collegiate athlete in both Track and Field and Rugby, Taylor found herself looking for something different to maximize her fitness. She started CrossFit in January 2014, competing in various local competitions as well as the CrossFit Open. She transitioned from solely CrossFit Athlete to CrossFit Athlete and Coach in 2017, and is excited to share her knowledge with athletes of all skill levels to help them reach their fitness goals. When she is not at CrossFit or studying in Nursing School, Taylor also serves in the United States Army Reserves as a First Lieutenant.

Tom Copus is a CrossFit Coach at Munson Strength and Fitness. When asked why he loves CrossFit and Coaching, he says " I love working out and competing, which is why I think I love CrossFit so much. It is always different and challenging, and has helped me get in the best shape of my life. I like helping others do things they think they can't. Seeing the changes in people as they go through their CrossFit journey brings me joy." In addition to CrossFit, Tom hikes, rides a road bike, runs, swims, and competes in triathlons.

Jen Copus is a CrossFit Coach at Munson Strength and Fitness. An educator by trade, Jen has spent her life teaching students of all ages in a variety of subjects. Taking her teaching expertise from the classroom to the gym, Jen obtained her CrossFit Level 1 in 2014. She began coaching shortly after obtaining her Level 1 and hasn't looked back. In her spare time, Jen runs, swims, competes in triathlons, and runs her small health and wellness business Happy Bee Honey Co.

Joey St Cyrus is a CrossFit Coach at Munson Strength and Fitness. Since his childhood, Joey loved playing and watching sports. In his senior year of high school, he was awarded MVP of his football team. Throughout his schooling years, he was always fascinated with exercise, prompting him to pursue an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Syracuse University and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology at CUNY Brooklyn College. Incorporating a mix of bodybuilding, strength and cardio vascular endurance training, he went on to accomplish running the New York City Marathon in 2013. One day while scrolling through Netflix, he discovered a documentary called "Fittest on Earth" and immediately got hooked! His wife mentioned seeing a CrossFit box on her way to the supermarket and he signed up immediately! The rest was history. The sense of camraderie, passion, and encouragement in the community drove him to become a coach and help others. He has never looked back since!

Julie McCarty is the founder and head trainer of Body Shock Boot Camp. Fitness is Julie's passion, and she has been leading boot camo style classes for 15 years, including her own Body Shock Boot Camp, which is a hybrid of HIIT, TABATA, and plyometrics utilizing both body weight and weights. Julie promises that anyone who attends her classes will melt fat, get stronger, and have fun! Julie's favorite part of being a fitness instructor is motivating, inspiring, and challenging people to be the best version of themselves. She believes that nothing is more rewarding than seeing the gains in her clients!
